Main House

The DPL was a project in the Central Phoenix Corridor.  This 2141 SQ FT home was a ranch style single story home built in 1954 and had never been updated. The original home was built at 1449 sq ft, with an add-on at a later date for a total of 2141 sq ft.

Highlights of the finished remodel include an open and modern kitchen with a spacious island and hidden walk in pantry. The home features a utility room inside the house for laundry and general household use. The real gem is the Master Bedroom Suite, with a large walk in closet, spacious walk in shower, and a nice pedestal tub for soaking away all of your troubles.

We brought this 70 year old house into the 21’st century with all new electrical wiring to meet today’s standards. The HVAC system has been completely replaced with modern flex tubing throughout the entire house. The roofing and flooring has been completely replaced. Large sections of the plumbing were replaced with updated components. And of course we’re featuring new cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures throughout the entire home.

In addition to the amazing main house, there is a 720 SQ FT building in the back yard of the property that has been cleaned up and mostly refinished. It features a full bathroom/shower, new roof, new windows, new electrical, new flooring, a bedroom or office, a blank slate “kitchen area” that’s ready to go with hookups for water, appliances, etc.  And a large open area that could be a man cave, a studio, a salon, or whatever else you can dream up.
